Efficient warehouse operations at FedEx require the Shipping and Receiving Associate to handle the movement, storage, and dispatch of goods. Key Responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Associate:
? The assignment of managing the movement of packages onto and off of delivery trucks and trailers.
? Monitor stock levels and promptly restock items as necessary to avoid shortages.
? The act of preparing packages for shipment involves tagging, sealing, and protecting them with appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
? Operate a variety of material handling machinery, such as Hand Trucks and Pallet Jacks, within the warehouse.
? Implement inventory checks and maintain precise records of arrivals and departures
? A clean and organized warehouse is crucial for avoiding safety risks and hazards for all individuals.
? Provide support for the smooth execution of shipping and receiving activities.

Qualifications of Shipping and Receiving Associate:
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong organizational and time-management skills.
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
