About the Role...

Teleperformance USA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our team in El Paso, Texas. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content on our clients' platforms to ensure it meets community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
? Review user-generated content to determine compliance with community guidelines
? Participate in frequent refresher training to ensure accurate and quality content moderation
? Comply with performance indicators and parameters defined by the client
? Investigate and resolve complex content issues within agreed-upon turnaround times
? Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely

Requirements
? Ability to work on-site in El Paso, Texas (not a remote position)
? Experience navigating internet websites, including social media and commercial websites
? Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
? Comfortability reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate
? Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills
? Ability to work various shifts and meet changing business needs
? Experienced with Windows operating systems and strong computer skills
? Ability to type 25 wpm and have a high school diploma or equivalent
? Predictable and reliable attendance
? 6 months of customer service experience preferred
