This role offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM ? 6:00 PM. ? Manage inbound calls from providers regarding medication-related inquiries

Qualifications
? Current Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri
? Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
? High school diploma or GED

Education Requirements
? High school diploma or GED required
? An associate degree or higher is a plus

Education Requirements Credential Category
? Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri required
? National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) preferred

Experience Requirements
? Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
? Experience in Managed Care environments preferred
? Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid plans preferred
