About the position
The Fuel Services Analyst plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing clients' fuel supply chains. This position involves tracking procurement, monitoring inventories, analyzing fuel usage, and coordinating deliveries. The analyst collaborates with internal teams and vendors, generates reports, provides insights, and manages customer communications, all while participating in an on-call rotation. Responsibilities
? Assist customers with service inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, escalating complex problems as necessary.

? Handle standard customer service activities and simple inquiries, participating in an on-call rotation for nights and weekends.

? Respond promptly to issue escalations and provide necessary managerial approvals.

? Review and record business transactions for assigned accounts, ensuring adherence to customer requirements.

Requirements
? High School or General Education/Equivalency Diploma/GED certificate.
