We are in the process of growing our team and are interested in developing a group of qualified telephone experts. The main duty associated with this role is to make outbound calls for the purpose of conducting a political survey. We are in search of individuals who can... work evenings and weekends, are reliable, and can meet all performance targets. We require flexibility, a readiness to work in a dynamic setting, a quiet work environment, and dedication. This is a 100% remote position that allows for a flexible schedule that can help you achieve a better balance between work and personal life. You are required to have your own laptop or desktop computer. Our systems are not compatible with Chromebook device. Additionally, we provide 2 weeks of paid training.
Responsibilities
? Conducting phone surveys with clients while ensuring a positive experience
? Showing attentiveness to client preferences
? Following the script closely to engage the client and maintain a smooth conversation
? Being able to adjust to evolving compliance standards
? Maintaining unbiased throughout the survey to honor the integrity of the poll
? Must be available evenings and some weekends
