Job Overview - Bilingual Call Center QA Specialist (Hybrid):
Join our client's team as a Bilingual Call Center Quality Assurance Specialist, supporting the quality of patient care documentation in a hybrid capacity, with two weeks of on-site training in Uniondale, NY. In this role, you'll conduct audits, data validation, and quality checks to ensure accurate and timely service delivery, collaborating with teams to improve processes and resolve discrepancies.
Compensation: $18/hour
Location: Uniondale, NY (On-site training required)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Bilingual Call Center QA Specialist:
? Quality Audits: Perform quality validation calls to participants, providers, and agencies to confirm receipt of services and update records as needed.
? Data Management: Accurately update the Care Compass EMR database with information related to participant services, supplies, and nursing documentation.
? Documentation: Manage patient... records, quality assurance reports, root cause analyses, and data summaries, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
? Service Inspection: Review participant requests and coordinate with Care Delivery teams to ensure services meet quality and compliance standards.
? Reporting: Conduct post-inspection reviews to assess patterns and systemic issues, providing recommendations for resolution.
? Support: Handle data entry, service coordination updates, and demographic changes in the EMR system.
Qualifications for the Bilingual Call Center QA Specialist:
? Bilingual Requirement: Must be Bilingual (Chinese, Bengali, Russian, Spanish or German).
? Education: Associate's degree preferred.
? Experience: 1-2 years in Quality Assurance required.
? Skills: Capable of typing at a minimum of 45 WPM and skilled in handling confidential information securely.
? Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
