- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive opportunities and manage accounts with current clients to ensure timely sample acquisition
- Collaborate with sales positions to achieve company goals and objectives
- Analyze commercial environments within assigned accounts to determine trends and provide feedback
- Streamline customer service processes and enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain effective communication and relationships across multiple departments
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of customer service/sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales expectations
- Previous experience in pharma, diagnostic, medical device, or biotech settings
- Ability to communicate and present at the executive level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective use of Salesforce.com for account management
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of oncology, hematology, chemotherapeutic, and targeted agents
- Strong negotiation and strategic sales account planning skills
- Exceptional listening and problem-solving abilities
- Experience handling sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
