Warehouse Manager - Ft Worth

What you?ll do for us:
? Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of ingredients, packaging, concentrate, and beverage bases, ensuring compliance with company quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
? Implement and manage schedules, procedures, and controls for warehouse operations, including the accurate registration of shipments in TCC systems.
? Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate warehouse activities with broader business operations.
? Manage human, warehousing, and budgetary resources effectively, optimizing the core processes of receiving, storing, and delivering goods.
? Establish process monitoring controls to uphold company quality system requirements, promoting food safety, Standard Practices and Procedures (SPP), and implementing corrective actions for deviations.
? Maintain Good Warehousing Practices and HACCP/FSSC conditions, complying with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
? Forecast short-and-long term capacity requirements, planning strategically to maximize warehouse space and efficiency.
? Develop and implement technical and developmental training for all warehouse personnel, contributing to a safe and empowering work environment.
? Participate in the development of risk matrixes for the warehouse and support the Planning & Logistics Director during internal and external audits, as well as interactions with contractors, suppliers, and governmental entities.

What are the qualifications needed:
? Outstanding communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
? Knowledgeable in warehouse management systems, such as SAP S4 HANA.
? Proven experience in warehouse management, supply chain operations, or a related field.
? Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to empower and develop personnel.
? In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as quality control best practices.
? Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
? Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
? A Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a relevant field is preferred.
