Responsibilities
? Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as required.
? Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
? Verify information from third-party entities using online databases.
? Review and complete Enrichment Tasks according to client specifications and training.
? Perform data entry, verify vendor resources, validate board certifications, and liaise with state boards for updates.
? Ensure tasks are executed promptly and with high quality.
? Fulfill additional duties as required by the company.

Qualifications
