• Utilize cloud-based technology to handle caller interactions using multiple screens
• Type detailed messages free of spelling and grammatical errors
• Communicate professionally and showcase a friendly personality
• Navigate high call volume in a fast-paced environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot minor computer issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous work experience at a call center is a plus
• Must reside in Georgia, Texas, or North Carolina
• Reliable hardwired internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps Upload

• Monday - Sunday all day availability
• Minimum of 2 hours of weekend availability required
