Job Summary:

Job Description:

As a Virtual Health Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients through virtual means. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, delivering healthcare services, and promoting patient education and wellness. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of clinical practices, and a commitment to patient care.

In this position, you will utilize advanced telehealth technologies to connect with patients, offering them the convenience and accessibility of receiving care from the comfort of their homes. Your role will also involve monitoring patient progress, providing follow-up care, and ensuring patients and their families are well-informed about their health conditions and treatment options. Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Proficiency in telehealth systems and electronic health records (EHR).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual patient assessments and consultations.
• Develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Provide patient education on health conditions and treatments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a virtual or telehealth setting.
