Site Reliability Engineer :
• Monitor, automate, and improve the reliability, performance, and availability of software systems
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers and other site reliability engineers to ensure system stability
Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :
• Experience with Windows Server operating systems and virtual machines (VMs) on Hyper-V
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and system management
• Experience with AWS CloudWatch for monitoring and alerting
• Experience with Terraform
• Experience with configuration management tools, specifically Ansible
• Additional experience with Linux Server operating systems and administration will be a plus
• Strong SQL database management skills, including implementing high availability solutions through replication, clustering, or failover strategies
• Incident response and troubleshooting for infrastructure or database outages
• Experience using monitoring tools and analyzing logs for problem resolution
• MUST BE ABLE to work second shift hours
