Responsibilities: ? Help customers choose the right phone, plan, and accessories ? Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service ? Stay up to date on the latest wireless products and offers ? Handle purchases and transactions with accuracy ? Collaborate with your team to reach goals

Requirements: ? Strong communication and people skills ? Sales or customer service background (a plus, but not required!) ? Open availability for weekends and holidays ? A love for tech and a passion for helping others
