They will conduct data analysis across different projects, following business and technical requirements related to business system implementation projects. This role is analysis and governance centric; standardizing and cleansing data solutions/building related models, which are then handed to governance, developers, engineers, and DBAs to implement.

Skill sets needed:
? Be responsible for performing data analysis which includes inspecting, profiling, transforming with the goal of discovering useful information, suggesting conclusions, and supporting decision making
? Perform data analysis on source data to ensure target data model design will meet requirements. Knowledge of the process of sourcing data and cleansing techniques.
? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) with a focus on data analysis, data structures and data modeling.
? Experience in data analysis, data clean up, using related analytical tools and programming languages. Extensive experience in problem resolution including determining root cause, scope and scale of issues.
? Knowledge of various data structures and the ability to visualize data standards. Data warehousing, data cleaning, and other analytical techniques required for data usage.
? Solid understanding of different OLTP/transactional database platforms (e.g. DB2, Oracle, Posgresql, NoSQL).
? Solid experience with data design, from requirements analysis to conceptual, logical and physical data model designs for OLTP applications is a requirement.
? Demonstrable experience with data modeling tools (e.g. SAP Power Designer or Erwin) is a must.
? Experience working in an Agile development and project management environment. Experience with data dictionary or other data governance management tools.
