What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide comprehensive information and support during the new student enrollment process
• Develop financial plans and timelines for applicants
• Monitor student accounts and provide guidance on financial eligibility
• Identify and overcome academic and financial obstacles with students
• Utilize data and systems to track enrollment and graduation information accurately

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Associate's degree required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or advising experience in an education setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database software systems
• Access and maintain NSLDS system without defaulting on Title IV Federal aid
• Reliable home office environment with internet speeds that meet the minimum requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Prior experience in higher education and Title IV funding
• Knowledge and experience with online learning
• Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
• Desire to earn a Bachelor's degree through tuition benefit program
