Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMHC) to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. As a vital member of an integrated care team, you will provide individual counseling services to our members, utilizing your clinical expertise to foster positive mental health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
? Deliver high-quality, virtual individual counseling to clients.

? Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, clinical observations, and outcomes.
Required Skills
? Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent clinical license.
? An active and unrestricted New York license is required.
? Proficiency in delivering counseling services to a diverse client base using various therapeutic modalities.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to being a trusted partner in healthcare transformation.
Qualifications
? A minimum of 3 years' experience in individual counseling, preferably in a mental health setting.
