Position Details
Location: Hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
City: Scottsdale, AZ
Shift: Monday to Friday, with flexible availability between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM.
Compensation: $23 per hour
Key Responsibilities
? Deliver outstanding client service by managing inbound calls and acting as the primary contact for clients.
? Address client inquiries, resolve general account issues, and provide digital assistance, including handling escalated matters.
? Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and effective client relationship management.
? Adhere to established protocols to fulfill client requests and perform research for intricate queries.
? Operate autonomously to identify solutions while achieving departmental efficiency metrics.
? Record client and team feedback to contribute to service enhancement initiatives.
Required Skills
? Proven interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
? Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills (both oral and written).
? Capability to multitask and effectively utilize various computer systems simultaneously.
? Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications
? A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, ideally within the insurance or financial sectors.
? An undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
