? Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
? Strong communication abilities, with a focus on clear and professional dialogue in English.
? Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly desirable.
? Previous experience in Tier 1 helpdesk or technical support is advantageous.
