Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9 AM ? 5 PM (Flexible Hours Available)
Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
? Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
? Provide accurate product information and recommendations.
? Document customer interactions and maintain records.
? Follow up with customers to ensure resolution satisfaction.
? Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
? Stay updated on Apple products and services.
? Participate in training sessions as required.
