Remote Customer Service Rep (Must Sit In TX, AZ, NV, FL, Or MS)
Hiring 20 Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representatives! MUST reside in TX, AZ, NV, FL or MS.
Highlights:
? Must have at least 1 year of high volume call center experience or equivalent (healthcare call center exp preferred)
? Pay: $16.50
? Must be available to work during any of the following hours of operation: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST (40 hour work week)
? Start date: 12/7
? Must have reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-door room that is distraction-free to work remotely from.
Description:
? The Customer Care Rep answers inbound calls from members and providers, inputs data, and provides a high level of customer service always extending courtesy and professionalism.
? Will take 75+ calls a day
