Responsibilities:
• Provide chat support to clients and potential clients in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
