Responsibilities

As an AO Sales Representative, your duties will include:
? Prospecting & Client Outreach: Engage with individuals who have shown interest in life and health insurance products, helping them understand their options and making tailored recommendations
? Virtual Consultations: Conduct Zoom-based meetings to assess client needs, present suitable products, and guide them through the enrollment process
? Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retain their business over the long term
? Achieving Sales Goals: Stay focused on hitting both daily and monthly sales targets using AO?s proven sales system
? Using Technology: Leverage AO?s advanced tools and training to streamline your sales process and manage leads effectively

The ideal candidate will have:
? Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
? Self-Motivation & Goal Orientation: You should be driven by achieving goals and consistently pushing for success
? A Positive Attitude: Energetic and enthusiastic about helping people secure their financial futures
? Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales is preferred, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate
? Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with computer systems and using virtual meeting platforms like Zoom
? Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think critically and offer solutions to clients based on their needs
