Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. ? Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus. ? Skills: ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ? Proficiency in using computers and customer service software. ? Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet access.
