Key Responsibilities

? Reconcile accounts and prepare books for trial balance.
? Manage accounts payable and receivable, facilitating timely payments and collections.
? Prepare and submit necessary tax forms.
? Generate comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
? Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
? Conduct regular checks to verify the precision of financial entries.

Required Skills
? Demonstrated bookkeeping experience with a solid understanding of financial principles.
? Exceptional data entry skills and a keen eye for detail.
? Proficiency in accounting software (such as FreshBooks, Kashoo, or KashFlow) alongside advanced skills in MS Office and spreadsheets.
? Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable principles, with a commitment to accuracy.
? Excellent communication and organizational skills, coupled with a focus on customer service.

Qualifications
? Proven experience in bookkeeping is essential.
? A degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred, along with ongoing education in bookkeeping or accounting.
