Requirements

• Bachelor? degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role


• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)


• Strong visual and conceptual skills


• Exceptional attention to detail


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the overall visual style for various projects


• Collaborate with marketing, design, and copywriting teams to develop creative concepts


• Oversee the visual development of marketing materials from concept to completion


• Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand? identity and objectives


• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers


• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative visual techniques


• Review and approve the final layout of projects before publication
