Schedule: M-F, Full Time Hours!
Work from Home & Temp to Perm!
No time off for first 90 days!!
Responsibilities: ? Once they receive the Patient?s Case they can process or create a BI (Benefit Investigation) ? Calling outbound to Insurance companies to determine if the patient has coverage for the Pharmaceutical in the department. ? May take inbound calls depending on the department.
Job Requirements: ? Must have experience with medical benefit, prior authorizations. ? Motivated and a positive attitude a must. ? Must have reliable internet in your home and a quiet place to work. ? Coachable and open to feedback. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills. ? Excellent computer skills.
