What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Manage current and future job openings across an assigned region
? Build applicant sources and candidate pipelines by researching community resources, databases, and colleges
? Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate all interviews between hiring managers and candidates
? Create offer letters, extend job offers, and coordinate start dates and paperwork for new hires
? Provide recruitment reports to team managers, including hiring metrics

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university
? 2-4 years of experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salary roles
? Strong recruitment and interviewing skills, including targeted selection interviewing
? Knowledge of local and federal regulations and employment law
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
