We are looking for someone based in CST or EST time zones to provide coverage for our west coast team. This is a fully remote / work from home role!
Key Responsibilities: ? Recruit! This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role that will require you to source qualified talent (ie 'hunting' vs. gathering) using various tools such as Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed, etc. using Boolean searches, etc. ? Candidate relationship management direct communications, presentation and offer negotiations. ? Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates, scheduling. ? Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing work based on business demands and meeting deadlines ? Source passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex Internet searches and existing talent pool database searches ? Report on a regular cadence to iTalent management team on progress updates
