- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process a wide range of registration functions related to patient encounters and provider scheduling
- Handle 60-100 incoming and outgoing calls per day, ensuring accuracy and customer service
- Maintain department standard audit error rates and not ready time of 25% or less
- Schedule appointments for assigned queues while delivering the highest level of customer service
- Adhere to the attendance policy established by the employer
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a service-related field
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls with accuracy
- Strong customer service skills
- Punctuality and adherence to attendance policies
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with registration processes and revenue cycle management
- Proficiency in using scheduling software or tools
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
