• Adhere to the attendance policy set by the employer

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a service-related field
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls effectively
• Strong attention to detail in registration processes
• Commitment to maintaining department standards and objectives
