TITLE: Real Estate IPA Specialist

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Remote Full-time, 40 Hours a Week

SCHEDULE: Full time hours, looking to work various shifts throughout the week between hours of 8am-8pm ET

LOCATION: Remote (must be licensed in TX)

Position Summary:
Join our dynamic team at LPT Realty as a Real Estate ISA Specialist. Work within our Texas market and assist team with leads and database management.

Duties
? Lead, contact, and database management
? Outbound sales calls and appointment setting
? Responding to inbound calls and text messages from prospects
? Managing contacts and leads in erelocation
? Activating Smart Plans
? Implementing and conducting system lead follow-up
? Data entry and tracking database growth

Qualifications
• Proficiency in real estate administrative tasks
• TX Real Estate License

• Detail oriented and excellent communication skills

Must be willing to hold their real estate license with LPT Realty upon hiring
?... Proficiency in Outlook and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive, etc.)
? Experience with cold calling for appointment setting
? Strong database management skills
? Preferred: Experience or knowledge in erelocation referral management software and online lead processes

Pay: $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience
