Location - Chicago/Jersey City (remote for now)

? At least 10 years of experience of leading digital and API programs for the financial institutions - Must haves
? Experience of practising SAFe in the projects - Must haves
? Deliver projects using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently
? Work with the Program manager, Product Owner/ BA to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into Epics/user stories
? Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
? Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team
? Ensure all features are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production)
? Actively participating in the Delivery Manager community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice.
? Setup the agile environment your team needs to build and iterate a user-centred service
? Removing obstacles or 'blockers' to progress at scrum of scrum level.
? Work with SQM on the overall product test strategy.
? Helping your service team become better at autonomously organizing their own work
? Proven experience in delivering digital projects and products
? Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods
? Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
? Understanding of the digital landscape
? Experience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams
