What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Develop, implement, and monitor pricing strategies and rate cards
• Lead the development of pricing strategy and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
• Develop a deep understanding of marketing products and drive business decisions
• Manage forecast models for core pricing metrics
• Optimize the value of every client campaign

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in analytical or strategic roles with 2 years in Ads or Pricing
• Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with strong analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• MBA
• Knowledge of Looker and CLI
• Experience in Ad Tech or Yield Management
• Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships
• Keen aptitude to scale the team
