What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Engage with patients, referral sources, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery
• Create, communicate, and obtain all required documentation for new referrals
• Secure upfront payment from patients and assist them in finding financial assistance when needed
• Support activities to ensure clean claims and manage denial follow-up
• Assist Patient Registration Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two years of experience in a related field
• Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals and priorities simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to troubleshoot and collaborate with cross-functional teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous healthcare or medical billing experience is preferred
