Responsibilities
? Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader

? Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility

? Processes customer purchases and performs general cleaning duties
,
? Stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly
,
? Provides exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience
,
? Provides feedback to management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
,
? Participates in taking store inventory counts and monitoring inventory for accuracy
,
? Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
,
? Stocks shelves and rotates product properly to guarantee fresh product availability
,
? Follows merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays
,
? Organizes new inventory and removes empty boxes
,
? Operates machinery and follows all safety procedures

Requirements
? Must be 18 years of age or older
,
? Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
,
? Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards
,
? Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures

? Excellent verbal communication skills
,
? Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

? Effective time management skills

? Knowledge of products and services of the company

? Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately

? Comply with state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages

? Ability to operate equipment safely and properly, including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler
