What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Collaborate with clients to refine problem statements and develop solutions
• Engage with client team members and identify opportunities to add value and drive collaboration
• Execute tactical engagement work using project management and technical expertise
• Overcome obstacles and provide recommendations to the client team
• Drive work through others using relationship management and delegation skills

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 5-95 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Strong research, organizational, analytical, and problem resolution skills
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline
• Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Additional experience in identifying business challenges, gathering information, implementing strategies, leading project delivery, and influencing decision-makers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in Business, Credit, and/or Marketing Analytics
• Lean or Six Sigma Certification
• Customer Service & Contact Center experience
• Knowledge of organizational design and transformation
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous and unstructured problem sets
