Summary:
? You must have excellent detail orientation, proficiency in MS Office, GDPR knowledge, strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
? You will process CVs, update records, assist with admin tasks, ensure GDPR compliance, communicate with candidates and clients, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality.

Job Description
Urgent
1 x 30 hour contract (10:30-16:30
1 x 17.5 hour contract (time TBC but it would be between 2-7pm)
? Accurately process CVs and update candidate records within the database.
? Support the team with administrative tasks including data entry and... filing.
? Ensure compliance with data privacy and GDPR regulations.
? Communicate with candidates and clients professionally via phone and email.
? Collaborate with colleagues to streamline the recruitment process.
? Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity at all times.
? Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
? Provide excellent customer service, handling queries and issues promptly and effectively.
