Responsibilities
? Engage with customers through online chat, providing timely and accurate information regarding our products and services.
? Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
? Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
? Document interactions and feedback to help improve our online chat services.
? Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive customer service experience.

? Assist in troubleshooting any technical issues users may experience on the chat platform.
Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or communications is a plus.
? Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an online chat or remote environment.
? Excellent written communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
? Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric attitude.
