We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Opportunity Awareness Specialist to join our dynamic team on an as-needed basis. As an Opportunity Awareness Specialist, your primary objective will be to inform project participants about a unique opportunity without engaging in any sales. Your focus will be on building awareness and interest in the opportunity rather than closing deals.
Key... Responsibilities:
Opportunity Awareness Calls: Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective participants with the sole purpose of making them aware of a valuable opportunity in our organization. This role does not involve selling products or services directly.
Quality-Oriented Approach: Emphasize quality over quantity in your interactions. Take the extra time to identify and reach the right decision-makers or contacts within target organizations to ensure maximum impact and receptiveness.
Build Rapport: Develop strong communication skills to engage prospects and build rapport during each call. Your ability to be personable, professional, and persuasive without being pushy will be critical.
Accurate Data Entry: Keep detailed records of each call, including relevant information and responses. Maintain an organized and up-to-date spreadsheet for tracking and follow-up purposes.
Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in your approach, adjusting your pitch based on the individual needs and preferences of each prospect.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the project manager to provide valuable insights gained from conversations with potential participants, helping refine future strategies.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- Patience and persistence in dealing with a variety of responses from prospects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing valuable feedback and ideas.
- A positive and resilient attitude in the face of rejection or challenges.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage, but not mandatory.
