Responsibilities

?Record and document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
?Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
?Identify recurring issues and provide suggestions for process improvements.
?Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

Experience and Skills:

Requirements
?Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a live chat role.
?Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
?Ability to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously without compromising on quality.
?Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
?Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools.
?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
?Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Wages - $24.90 - $29.10 Hourly
