We?re hiring an experienced Billing Specialist to join our Corporate Billing Department. This full-time role requires professional services or legal billing experience and involves full-charge client billing.

The Billing Specialist, reporting to the Billing Manager, will provide high-quality service to personnel, clients, and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities
? Reviewing client contracts and setting up cases upon activation
? Generating routine, electronic, and complex client invoices
? Tracking and reporting on various assignments
? Data entry, editing, and customization of invoices based on contract terms
? Analyzing and reporting on WIP (Work in Progress)
? Providing support to other billing staff as needed

Qualifications To Be Considered For The Role
? 5+ years in full-charge billing for large professional service or law firms (500+ attorneys)
? Experience with Elite 3E, BillBlast, or Workday
? Must live in PST or CST time zones
? Bachelor's degree preferred
? E-billing experience (E-Billing HUB), bankruptcy experience, or international multi-currency billing is a plus
