Key Responsibilities
? Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
? Deliver personalized instruction and support based on the students? IEPs to help them thrive.
? Collaborate effectively with parents, teachers, and support staff to enhance student learning and achievement.
? Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to instructional strategies as needed.
? Maintain accurate records of services provided and student progress to ensure accountability and effective planning.

Qualifications
? Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
? Valid Special Education teaching certification in Connecticut.
? Proven experience working with K-12 students with a range of learning needs.
? Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
? Proficiency in technology and tools used for remote teaching to facilitate an engaging and interactive learning experience.
