We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in expanding our Content, Business Process, and Automation software and services business. As a consultative Technical Sales Manager, you will lead our clients and consultants, leveraging your expertise to identify business opportunities, foster successful relationships, and collaborate with executives to strategize objectives. Your responsibilities will involve identifying and developing strategic initiatives aligned with our company's direction.
At our company, we work with industry-leading automation partners such as Box, IBM, Microsoft, and UiPath to deliver solutions across various technologies, including Process and Task Mining, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing, Business Process Management, Artificial Intelligence, and Low Code Application Platforms. With our extensive experience in traditional Content and Business Process Management and innovative automation technologies, we're at the forefront of Digital Transformation and the Digital Workforce arena.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage in prospecting and leveraging partner relationships to drive sales.
Articulate and demonstrate the value proposition of our solutions for each opportunity.
Assist clients in progressing through the Intelligent Automation Maturity model.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through marketing lead follow-up and professional relationships.
Deliver value-based sales presentations and proposals, and respond to client requests.
Maintain a solid understanding of [Omitted]'s software and services portfolio.
Provide support to prospects and customers, ensuring satisfaction.
Update and maintain CRM systems.
Travel throughout the US may be required (up to 25% of the time).
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English.
Ability to communicate effectively with high-level decision-makers.
Strong ability to understand and communicate technology concepts in business terms.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability to changes and matrixed sales organizations.
Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field preferred.
5+ years of sales and/or business development experience, meeting/exceeding quotas.
Experience selling content, capture, and workflow software.
Knowledge of Business Process Solutions and Automation Technologies.
Proven ability to build trust with clients through consultative selling.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Passion for client success and a drive to win business.
Desired Skills And Experience
Experience in industries such as Finance, Banking, Insurance, Energy, Utilities, Retail, or Communications.
Familiarity with IBM, Hyland, Box, Opentext, LaserFiche, etc.
