What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Address the needs of inbound callers to achieve first call resolution, following established call flows and guidelines
? Collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues related to claims, provider searches, and benefits
? Maintain professionalism while documenting all interactions in accordance with Quality Assurance Guidelines
? Adhere to scheduled work hours and maintain production and adherence standards
? Assist callers with various inquiries while managing potential frustrations and complaints
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or GED required
? Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
? Experience using dual monitors and multiple applications simultaneously
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Strong time management and organizational skills
? Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
? Accurate keyboard skills with a demonstrated ability to enter data efficiently
