What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Upload patient documentation into the employer's electronic medical record system
• Communicate discrepancies in documentation to the Health Information Management Manager
• Obtain and log data from external organizations for tracking and metrics
• Provide and obtain release of information documentation to relevant parties
• Support clinical teams by obtaining medical record requests promptly

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years' experience in a medical office or equivalent
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, procedures, medications, and lab tests
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with patients and staff
• Attention to detail and prompt follow-up

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
