Responsibilities
? Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information from the computer.

? Assist guests with check-out, ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted for and processing payments.

? Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, rates, and local area attractions.

? Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize room occupancy.

? Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely and friendly manner.

? Field guest complaints and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.

Requirements
? Previous hotel front desk experience at a comparable property size.

? Passion for customer care and creating memorable guest experiences.

? Ability to work flexible shifts, primarily PM shifts.
