Google Shopping Virtual Assistant (Work from Home, Entry Level, No Experience)

Start your career as a Virtual Assistant for Google Shopping merchants! In this entry-level role, you?ll support online stores in navigating the intricacies of Google Shopping?s platform. Your tasks will include managing product listings, responding to buyer inquiries, and facilitating transaction processes. This fully remote position requires no prior experience, offering comprehensive training and a path to advance in e-commerce support.

What you will be doing: Live chat virtual assistants handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses? websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
