Responsibilities

Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

? 15+ years of experience in product design and development within a retail or wholesale environment.

? Demonstrated leadership ability in managing product development teams of ten or more.

? Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

? In-depth knowledge of design and product development processes, including textiles and garment manufacture.
