Delta Airlines Remote Customer Service Representative
As a Remote Customer Service Representative for Delta Airlines, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by assisting passengers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information regarding flight schedules, bookings, baggage policies, and general travel assistance. Operating remotely, you will utilize your communication skills and product knowledge to represent Delta Airlines with professionalism and integrity. ? *Key Responsibilities:**

7. **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using designated CRM systems and databases. Generate reports to track customer satisfaction metrics, service trends, and operational performance indicators.
