Qualifications :
? Ongoing management of central mailboxes, including request triage, coverage / assignment matrices updates, and general maintenance.
? Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms for key BRO tasks / workstreams.
? Effectively identify and transcribe relevant data points from mixed formats (emails, templates, forms, etc) into centralized workstream tracking.
? Analyze tracking data for areas requiring follow up or update, and engage with work item owner for resolution.
? Document relevant meeting discussion points and takeaways; assist in follow up
